Conferences
Derwen Tours and Travel staff is adept at arranging meetings, incentives, conference & exhibitions, for large and small groups. We have successfully executed travel arrangements for conferences held at locations both within and outside Nairobi, Kenya as well as internationally. We have invested in a global hotel and Holiday booking systems such as Galileo Leisure, holidays & Cash and African Online that give us access to thousands of hotels worldwide at much discounted rates. If given opportunity, we will use our vast experience in this field to undertake the following tasks for you during conferences: - • Flight reservations to the venue of the meeting • Dispatch of prepaid ticket advices (PTAs) - now replaced by electronic tickets • Airport transfer services for conference delegates • Meet and assist services at the airport • Inspection of conference rooms and equipment • Hotel reservations, ticket reconfirmations and auxiliary tour arrangements for delegates. • Service desk if required at the conference Venue
Hotel Bookings and Accomodation services
Derwen Tours and Travel has extensive experience in booking accommodation for clients throughout the world. The proposed turnaround time on domestic accommodation reservations is 5 - 10mins and on international accommodation reservations, 6 business hours. This is subject to Third Party confirmations and Global Time differences. A map of the area where the accommodation has been booked will be provided. We can also assist you to source for residential apartments for your stay and pay the same on your behalf and agreed on favorable credit period for both of us.
Car Rentals
Derwen Tours and Travel deals with all major car rental companies globally. Derwen Tours and Travel is able to facilitate urgent car rental requirements both locally even in the remote rural areas and internationally. We have direct access to all car rental availability through our central reservations system. The proposed turnaround time on domestic car hire reservations is 15min - 30 min and on international car hire reservations, 6 business hours. This is subject to Third Party confirmations and Global Time Differences
